MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE: Aloe Vera leaves are harvested from local organic plantations and from contracted growers all on the island of Bali, Indonesia. The harvested Aloe Vera leaves are then thoroughly washed. The leaves are then mechanically sliced and diced then sent through a conveyor crushing plant for extraction of the Aloe Vera liquid. The liquid is then passed through three fine mesh filters to separate solids and particulate matter.

The filtered Aloe Vera liquid is then pumped into large covered underground concrete tanks for ambient temperature (about 18-25 C) fermentation for approximately 2-3 weeks. Following this initial ambient temperature fermentation the liquid is then pumped through PVC piping to above ground 5200L steel fermentation tanks (tanks are sheltered from direct sunlight & heat.)

Then, thoroughly washed seaweed which has been milled to a particle size is added to the Aloe Vera liquid in the above ground tanks. The final additives are locally produced molasses plus microbial cultures. The principal purpose of the molasses is to feed the functional microbial. Seaweed has a number of beneficial elements for soil health. (See product technical details on the website for more information)

After the "secondary" fermentation period where all ingredients are present, a final filtration process occurs prior to bottling.

The factory has a modern filling/bottling line where the liquid organic fertilizer is bottled in volumes from 1 Litre up to 1,000 Litre IBC's. Current packaging sizes are 1L, 20L, 200L and 1,000L.

The product is entirely natural with no added synthetic chemicals. For practical application (use as an organic soil improver / fertilizer. It is most often diluted in clean water at a ratio of 1:100)

In Conclusion..
  • All fertilizer ingredients contained in this product are of plant origin, aloe vera (Barbadensis miller) extract, seaweed (Eucheumoid spp.) and molasses.
  • All ingredients are subject to fermentation with inoculated functional microorganisms.
  • The media used to prepare inoculums of functional microorganisms contain potato, protein and fish material and have been autoclaved at 120°C for 1 hour before use.
  • The fertilizer contains no whole seeds, or biable plant material.
  • The final fertilizer product contains no derivates of animal origin.
  • The manufacturing facility does nor store or use any animal proteins or fats on site
  • The fertilizer has been protected from post-processing contamination.
  • The product has been packaged in clean, new packaging on site at the production facility.
